L. Stephan Vincze has spent more than 25 years helping healthcare and life-sciences organizations navigate high-stakes compliance decisions. He founded TRESTLE to give growing companies direct access to experienced leadership without the layers and leverage model of a large consulting firm.
His background spans service as a Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, counsel and professional staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, a U.S. Marine Corps officer, and advisor to pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations. He has built and strengthened programs for pre-launch companies, mature commercial organizations, boards, and teams responding to regulatory scrutiny.
Steve holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
